Woodruff Energy gives you options!

At Woodruff Energy, our goal is to make your home comfort as simple and cost-effective as possible. To accomplish this, we came up with several different ways customers can pay their heating and utility bills. We wanted to create different payment systems that could work for all of Woodruff Energy's different customers.

Traditional billing includes postal, email and online payments that can be made on your account. But we also offer a few different payment options including:

All Budget Plan customers or customers who pay their bill in full within 10 days of delivery can earn 5 cents off per gallon of their heating oil or propane. For maximum discounts on parts and service, sign up for a service plan, or on the Woodruff Energy Advantage plan.

Budget Plan

A budget plan is an excellent way to spread out all heating expenses over 12 months. It's very simple. We'll calculate your estimated heating expenses for the year and divide them into 12 equal monthly payments. Instead of paying high heating bills during the winter season, you'll have smaller, predictable monthly payments that you can easily budget for.

Prepaid Plan

With the Prepaid Plan, you can purchase all of your heating oil for the season (based on past usage history) with a single bulk payment. The Prepaid Plan can save you from spending more due to fluctuating winter prices, and can even earn you a 10 cents per gallon discount!
