Propane Pricing and Payment Options

At Woodruff Energy, our goal is to make your home comfort as simple and cost-effective as possible. In order to do that, we came up with several different ways that customers can pay their propane bills. We wanted to create payment systems as versatile as the energy-efficient propane we deliver.

Our traditional billing includes mail, email, and online payments that can be made to your account. But we also offer 3 different payment options that include:

Budget Plan

A budget plan is an excellent way to spread out all of your heating costs across 12 months. It's simple! We will calculate your estimated heating costs for the year and split them into 12 equal monthly payments. Instead of paying hefty heating bills during the winter season, you will have smaller and predictable monthly payments that you can budget around.

Prebuy Program

With the Prebuy program, you can purchase gallons of propane at a set prebuy price, and then we will store it and deliver it to you when you need it. The Prebuy program is available from October 1 through March 31. If you're interested, you should also contact us about our Cap Pricing option!

EZ Pay

With this plan, the name says it all. It's easy! When you sign up for EZ Pay, your propane bill is automatically deducted from your banking account. Forget about stamps. With the EZ Pay plan, you don't even have to click a computer mouse to make a payment.

Every Woodruff Energy customer can save 5 cents off per gallon of propane when they pay their propane delivery bill within 10 days of delivery!
